AFIS Testing

Parameters to be evaluated are

2) L & M Module

• Length in mm/in (Weight)

• SFC in % (Weight)
• SFC in % (Number)
• UQL in mm (W)
• Fineness (m Tex)
• Maturity Ratio
• IFC (%)

3) T Module

• Total Trash Count (Cnt/g)
• Total Trash Size (µm)
• Dust count (Cnt/g)
• Dust mean size (µm)
• Trash Count (Cnt/g)
• Trash Mean size (µm)
• VFM (%)

Charges : The charges are Rs.120/- for individual module and Rs.240/- for all three module test plus service tax @10.3 % per sample.

HVI Testing

As per the customer request we will test in ICC mode or HVI mode. Parameters to be evaluated are

1) ICC mode

• 2.5% Span length (mm/in)
• 50 % Span Length (mm/in)
• Uniformity Ratio (%)
• Micronaire                     
• Bundle Strength (g/tex)

• Colour Grade   

2) HVI mode

• Trash Content (using trash analyzer)

Charges : The charges are Rs.150/- plus service tax @10.3 % per sample including trash analysis
